I've tried a dozen picking barriers over the years and these are the first ones that actually stay put on my toes without cutting off circulation. The stretchy material is forgiving enough that I forget I'm wearing them after a few minutes, and the pack of ten means I've got spares stashed everywher

The stretchy material is what sold me—my hands are on the bigger side and these actually stay put on my thumbs without cutting off circulation. I've been wearing one on my index finger every evening and the picking has calmed down way more than I expected. Ten in a pack means I can toss a couple in

Bought these for my thumbs after trying smaller ones that just slipped off, and the super stretchy material makes all the difference—they actually stay put on adult hands. The set of ten means I can keep spares in my bag and by the couch, which helps me remember to use them.
