StimMesh Bracelets are Low Profile Gentle ‘Ouch’ Supports. Deliver a gentle ouch when twisted. They provide a safer alternative for pain stimming and may assist with harm reduction. Also may assist as a picking support due to its texture. For a more intense input check out our Wrist &/or Finger Spikey range. Being wearable sensory supports that are low profile, they are discreet and provide a gentle ‘scratchy’ ouch when needed. Apply gentle pressure & twist for ‘ouch’. Our StimMesh range are made from a stretchable Stainless Steel. Their metal weave can provide a controlled, grounding ouch. Stretch Fit – Bracelets fits most teen and adult hands. Finally, a stim tool that doesn't look like a toy—the mesh is super discreet under a shirt sleeve. The gentle pinch when you twist it is just enough feedback without hurting, and it’s helped me curb some more harmful habits.

Sophia ★★★★★

The twist mechanism gives exactly the right amount of pressure—not too sharp, just a satisfying pinch that helps me refocus without drawing attention. I wear it all day under my sleeve and forget it's there until I need it.

I was pleasantly surprised by how discreet the bracelet looks on my wrist—nobody even notices I'm using it. The gentle pinch when I twist it gives me just enough sensory feedback to stay focused without any pain. Really helps me keep my hands busy during meetings.

The twist resistance is just right—firm enough to feel the gentle ouch without being too sharp. I've been wearing it under my sleeve all day and honestly forgot it was there until I needed that grounding sensation.

Lucy ★★★★★

I was a little skeptical at first, but the "gentle ouch" from twisting the mesh is just enough to ground me without any real pain. It's helped me replace my old habit of scratching my arm when I'm anxious.

Thomas ★★★★★

Twisting it just enough to feel that gentle pinch is oddly satisfying without being painful. The low profile means I can wear it all day under my sleeve and no one notices. Finally something that actually helps with my urge to pick without leaving marks.

Emma ★★★★★

I've been wearing mine for a few days now, and the subtle pinch when I twist it is surprisingly satisfying without leaving any marks. It's helped me cut down on my nail-biting during meetings.

The twist resistance is just right — a satisfying little pinch that stops me from digging my nails into my palm. It's subtle enough to wear all day without anyone noticing. Honestly, it's helped me cut way back on my skin picking.

Matthew ★★★★★

Bought this for my nephew who’s always picking at his skin, and the subtle twist sensation actually makes him stop and redirect his hands. He says it feels more like a small pinch than anything painful, which is exactly what I wanted.
